Ingredients:
1 pound of hamburger meat
1 egg
1 box of Beef flavored Rice A Roni
It doesn't get much easier than just 3 ingredients, am I right?
Directions:
-Mix the hamburger meat, egg and rice together in a bowl. Set the beef flavoring packet to the side, you'll use that later.
-Once everything is mixed together well place a large saucepan on the oven and turn the burner on to medium heat.
- Take the mixture and being to make the meatballs and place them in the pan, it usually makes about 20-30 meatballs depending on the size you make them
-As you're placing the meatballs in the pan start to rotate them so they brown all over
-Once they are brown all over the outside, turn the burner down to medium-low and cover the meatballs with water
-Set your timer for 20 minutes, this will give the rice time to cook and soften
-
-While they are cooking take the beef flavoring packet from early and mix it with 2/3 cup cold water then set it aside
-Once they have cooked for 20 minutes pour out the water and place the pan back on the stove. Get your beef flavoring mix that you made and pour it all over the meatballs and stir them around to make sure the flavoring gets all over. Simmer them for 5 minutes in the flavoring and then they're ready to eat!
