Ingredients:
-Tri-color rotini (any brand)
-1 whole cucumber, peeled
-8ozbottle of Italian dressing (we prefer lite dressing but any kind works)
-McCormick salad supreme seasoning
Directions:
-cook rotini as directed on box, once it's finished drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water to cool down the pasta
-take a cucumber and peel off the skin, if you prefer to keep the skin on their it doesn't really make a difference
-once you've peeled the cucumber, cut it into small pieces
-throw pasta and cucumber into a large bowl and season with the salad supreme. There isn't really a certain amount to how much seasoning you use...I always just eyeball how much I think looks right and you can always add more later if needed
- Add the Italian dressing and make sure you stir it all up together, I tend to use 3/4 of the bottle and add the rest right before I serve it
-once everything is all mixed together, stick in it the refrigerator to cool until you're ready to eat
