A few years ago a friend of mine taught me how to make these record bowls and they are so easy and simple that I wanted to share on here!
What you'll need:
Records-I got mine for $1 a piece at Goodwill
Cookie Sheet
Oven safe bowl that is about the size you want your records to shape to
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Once it's ready place your oven safe bowl upside down on a cookie sheet and place the record on top
side note, I tried to pick out record with a colorful center so it wouldn't look so bland when I hung them up

Step 2: Place it in the oven and wait about 7-10 minutes until you notice the record starting to droop over the bowl. The longer you leave it in there the more it will droop down and mold better.
Step 3: Take it out of the oven and begin to mold your record into the shape you would like. Be careful though...the record it easy to handle but can be a little hot on some spots. Mold quick! The records cool and harden very fast. If it cools too fast and you didn't get it to look how you wanted just pop it back in the oven for a minute or two and then re-mold.
Step 5: Repeat! I made 7 bowls and it took me about 30-40 minutes

I decided to take mine and hang them on a blank wall in our kitchen to add some color and something to look at
